I would absolutely hire Terri again.  She did a good job and is really good with people.  She is good with the Technicians (they can be difficult at times), she understands what you need to get the Warranties done right and she’ll do it right; her warranty processes are strong there were no issues.  She worked closely & got along very well with the Porsche Representative who she trained with; they had positive email communication; there was just never a problem there.  She always got her work done and done early.  She is open to doing anything that you ask of her.  When anyone came to her (Service Advisor, Technician or Manager) inquiring about how something was put into the system she was willing to listen, understand and help figure out what needed to be done; if something needed to be learned for the future Terri would learn it and apply it from then on.  She was managed from afar (the building next door) and I think Terri will thrive even more with a manager she can work closely with; I believe most people do well with some direction.  Please have anyone call me that would like a reference on Terri.

SUNSET IMPORTS (PORSCHE)

Terri knows her job and she actually fills other roles than Warranty and does them well also.  She stays certified and we have never had issues from anyone regarding Terri including PORSCHE (PCWA).  I’m not 100% privy to all she does but I hear nothing negative in the 3 ½ years she’s been here.  She is a good employee, she does a good job and I can understand why she’s looking.  I’d hate to lose her and of course we would rehire her.

I’ve been here over 3 years and Terri has worked with me all that time.  Terri and I are like on an island here at PORSCHE handling 5 Technicians and everything that happens in the shop from start to finish.  She also does all the warranty on top of that.  Terri does a great job, she is willing to do anything needed and is absolutely a thorough with her work, does what she is supposed to do and is absolutely dependable.  Terri is a good person and has good values.  Terri possesses a sense of humor and consideration that is rare; she is able to work things out in a positive way if there is ever an issue using those traits.   I’d hate to lose her as I need and lean on her but I can understand her reasoning.
