DWP Lite Plan

  • Keep Schedules Clear & Up-to-Date
    • Provide complete list of all tickets 
    • Includes: date received, date paid, date returned to dealer for additional information, and date returned to dealer paid
    • Will Send after Credit memo has posted
  • Review all incoming closed claims 
    • For compliance with manufacturer’s policy and procedures. 
    • We will notify dealer of violations of policy and procedures.
  • Submit claims to the manufacturer and correct errors.
  • Review Payment Discrepancies 
    • Discuss with Store Management
    • Fill out adjustment sheets to document differences in payment.
  • Manage Receivables 
    • Note tickets that have not yet been received by DWP
    • Items that have been paid but discrepancies have not been addressed, debits, etc. 
    • We will work with your management team to ensure schedules are current.
  • Provide assistance to your management team 
    • Offer real time warranty guidance for compliance and to maximize warranty revenue.

DWP Full Service Plan

Services performed include all of Value Plan, in addition to: 

  • Remotely bill claims that have labor operations on the hard copy. *VPN Access and DMS Access Required
  • Book Open Warranty Ro's and close to accounting.
  • Assign labor operations to the ticket based upon the listed technical comments and flag accordingly.
